Comet 13P/Olbers is now obviously cometary. This is a slightly enhanced 5-minute exposure (cropped, approximate dimensions 20x15 arcmin) with a 0.35-m telescope at LCO-Siding Spring taken earlier today (December 5.48 UT). The comet is the slightly diffuse object in the center, just to the lower left of a brighter star. |
