got a brief visual on 156P last night with the 12” Mewlon. It had a bright (relatively) stellar nucleus and a tiny faint coma around it which I only saw AV. If I looked directly the coma disappeared. So it was a bit reminiscent of the blinking planetary, albeit much fainter. |
