I had a very nice view of C/2012 S1 this morning from a site just east of Chelmsford. In 11x80 bins the tail was just visible but the coma was very prominent. I took a set of 30s exposures at 80 and 200mm FL and the attached are stacks of these. The tail looks to be at least 4 deg long in the pushed 200mm shot.
