   In difficult conditions, imaged ISON this morning. Comet seen 
as fuzzy star in 14x100B and through the telescope visually, no indication 
of break up (x100 and x200). Just a typical fuzzy coma. Tail not seen due to 
bright sky. In 14x100B, Defocussed star lamda Virginis similar in appearance 
to comet coma (what could be seen of it!) so about +4.5
