2013V3 Nevski is right on the limit of what I can image with my 100mm refractor from light polluted Essex. However the comet seems to have changed from the previous two images I've taken in December. The comet appears to have lost it's star like nucleus and the small coma appears in two condensations. The individual sub frames seem to show the same features but it's hard to tell because of the poor s/n ratio. 20131229 Peter Carson |
