Image from last night. Using IRIS with an aperture of 13 arcmin diameter which just encloses the visible coma I get a mag of 5.62 using UCAC-4 reference stars. This appears to be around 0.2 mags fainter than the latest visual estimates on COBS although my coma estimate is bigger. |
