A battle between the setting full Moon and twilight this morning to get this new 19th mag comet currently in Gemini. P/2019 X1 (Pruyne) was discovered at Mt. Lemmon on December 2. It has a q of 4.31 au and is around 5 months past perihelion. The period is around 15.3 years. The plot is my sky brightness through the exposure initially getting darker as the Moon set and then rapidly getting brighter as twilight arrived.
