Attached is an image of what I think is C/2020 F3 this morning. It is in exactly the right place and it is moving at sidereal rate as estimated from images before and after and there are no other bright objects in that position. I do have earlier images which show stars but not the comet (it was behind the tree) so I can calibrate the az/el pretty acurately. |
