I managed to grab a 5 second image of comet C/2021 A1 before the clouds swiftly covered up that hole. The 5 second image was collected with no filter on 2021 December 30 UT and had enough stars so that Astrometrica using UCAC-4 could calculate a magnitude of V=5.4, the coma was 5' wide and the tail disappeared into the clouds. Used the 50mm f/3.5 scope, ST-402ME CCD
