C/2023 A3 - Oct 4.78, 2024 UT. Location Cleveland Point, QLD, Australia. G channel photometry derived m1=0.9 using average of 4 comparison stars at altitudes of 5.3-8.1 degrees against the comet at 3.6 degrees. Measurement aperture 10' (15 x 1sec ISO640 exposures using 35mm/1.4 lens on Sony A7iii, plus 20 pixel measurement circle in Maxim DL). Here is a 22 degree wide crop from the same image used for photometry. |
