Taken remotely using I-TEL Utah T11 0.50-m @ f/4.5. 10 min. FOV 15'. North up. Approximate magnitude = 17.5V showing a 2' coma.
This comet arrives at perihelion on 2023 October 29 at 0.89AU, followed by a close Earth approach of 0.19AU on 2023 November 11
Although quite faint, it should brighten rapidly as it approaches Sun and Earth over the next 3 months.
It may peak at magnitude 9-10 around Earth approach but is also at risk of disintegrating.
