January 11 starting at 7am MST ( 2:00 PM UTC), Stellarvue SV80S @ f/4.7, 100 exposures each 0.03s combined onto first image in stack. ASI071MC Pro, Payson,AZ. The comet was not seen naked eye due to horizon brightness, but easily seen in the 10x60 binoculars. Half a degree of tail in binos, about a degree photographically. Nucleus very bright! was able to shoot for about 10 minutes. |
