New comet discovery C/2025 F2 SWAN announced today on CBET 5538. I am one of the co-discoverers, and this is my 10th credited SWAN comet since 2004. Hopefully C/2025 F2 will survive its perihelion passage on May 1st, near the orbit of Mercury, and then become visible for southerners. It is currently restricted to northern observers during April.
