C/2026 A1 MAPS 2026 feb. 10 19.11 UT 20min L 6min B 9min G (12"/3.6 Asi 6200). Last night we were able to take a deeper image under very good conditions in Namibia, where the comet is high in the sky. The evaluation shows a faint outer coma of 6', a brighter inner coma of 150x140“ and a thin straight tail of 200” in pa 78. The total brightness was 14m1. |
