Notes:  Hard to tell when the comets tail ends and the background IFN begins!  
Seeing was superb, but humidity was near 100% from the Arizona monsoons recent rains.  
Comet is very bright visually, and is easy in the finder.
Located right on the edge of the Cetus Circlet.
