(October 6 at the average time 03h27m UT) I observed comet 2I with the Cassegrain telescope of the Frasso Sabino Observatory (diameter 369mm focal 2464mm about F/6.66). This is the sum of 24x60s . The scale is 1".34/pixel with north on the top and east on the left (field of 22'.5x28'.2). With an opening of 10 pixels (about 13".4 which is about the diameter of the coma) the magnitude (with a clear filter) is 17.0. Faint tail of 81" in PA 308°. |
