Here is the newest periodic comet as numbered. It makes 0.25' coma but no tail. I measured its magnitude m1=15.6 by UCAC-4.
2023.09.24.53825UT, 10*60s, 40cm RC + F6.5 Reducer, FLI ML8300 2 bin, no cropping, taken in Nagano Pref., Japan.
