C/2014 Q1 (PANSTARRS) reaches its brightest

Comet C/2014 Q1 (PANSTARRS) is forecast to reach its brightest, at around mag 2.7. It will lie at a distance of 0.32 AU from the Sun, and at a distance of 1.25 AU from the Earth.

From London (click to change) however, it will not be readily observable since it will be very close to the Sun, at a separation of only 10° from it.
