I was observing NGC 2244 with my Vixen BT81 Binocular telescope and had almost convinced myself I had detected some of the neulosity associated with it known collectively as the Rosette nebula. I decided to attach a modded 600d to a 66mm Altair refractor and mounted it on the NEQ6 (overkill) I took a single unguided 200 second exposure. I am quite impressed with the result from the little Altair as there was no Flattener/reducer used.
