Another dim comet in the northern sky. My determination is that this comet is less bright than the MPC prediction, and is in line with Peter Carson's recent estimate.

Hi David,
I observed this comet last night (20190123) and the magnitude from Astrometrica using UCAC-4 and a 9 pixel radius aperture (1.4"/pixel) was 15.5 R .

Your result is almost certainly closer to the true value. The SNR in my image is very poor.
