An image of Ron Arbour's latest discovery (found on March 24). Looks like a supernova in NGC 3362, BUT, at the same position as SN 2010ct, discovered 9 years earlier by LOSS! So, it could be a rare Luminous Blue Variable (LBV) and not a supernova at all! Mag ~ 18. STOP PRESS....It now appears that an Italian group have claimed this as their new supernova discovery, despite the position being almost identical to that of SN 2010ct! All very strange!!
