Last night some members from Chester AS gathered to observe the shadow transit of Io and we enjoyed some good views. Also turned to Saturn and for one person it was their first glimpse of the ringed planet - some they's had on their to-do list for sometime. Their reaction is the sort of thing that makes it all worthwhile!
