A new variable nebula in Cepheus

Planewave CDK 510mm f4.5
Guy Hurst (editor, The Astronomer magazine) sent out a circular (E3524) informing of a new nebula discovered by G.Borisov in the Crimea. It is in Cepheus at 21h 37 23.5 and +66 51 45.
I thought I'd have a go and it is as faint a fuzzy as I have seen for a while but it is there!! I'll keep an eye on it.
