I was waiting for Mars to rise high enough in a brief gap in the clouds and noticed that the Moon seemed quite steady so I turned my deep sky colour camera on it to create a ten-panel mosaic, each panel being the best 40% of 600 video frames. I then deliberately oversaturated the colour to bring out the subtle differet colours on the Moon that the human eye loses in its bright glow.
