I see there are a couple of articles in the latest VSSC which mention spectra. As well as the observations mentioned in the articles, there are additional observations in the BAA spectroscopy database for both these targets.
T Cep (though I have not looked at the phases to see if they shed any additional light on the cause of the “pause”)
Gaia21efs (showing a consistent spectrum as the target faded)
