Alan Tough reports that he "went out after tea tonight to capture this spectacular event". This image was taken at 1832 UT from just outside Elgin, looking towards Miltonduff.

Equipment: Canon EOS 60D, Sigma EX 150 mm lens, 1 Second exposure @ f/3.5 and ISO-640.
