Title

Those who suggested that the comet might brighten as the comet's tails and coma aligned geometrically as seen here on Earth evidently were correct. Astrometrica and my own methods of magnitude calculation both agree that on the evening of 2021 December 14 the comet was magnitude 3.2 from images taken a few degrees above the horizon in waning twilight skies. C
