Further to the earlier announcement,  I can now confirm that Andrew 
Elliott's funeral will take place at 12.30pm on Wednesday 8th December at 
Lytham Crematorium, Regent Avenue, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire FY8 4AB (Tel. 
01253 735429).  No flowers please, but donations would be welcomed to any of 
the main prostate cancer charities such as:

Friends and family appreciate your support next week, but please do not 
travel in adverse weather conditions.  The weather is expected to turn much 
milder over the weekend (maxima of 5-6 degC for Lytham) when a thaw will set 
in.  Wednesday 8th is expected to be a fine day over most of England with 
little if any precipitation provided the ridge of high pressure forecast 
actually materialises.
