Exhibition Meeting

I would like to thank all of you who responded to the Members' 
Satisfaction Survey, both online and by post. I am also grateful to 
those of you who sent me personal e-mails and letters, even though it 
was emphasised that the survey preserved anonymity. An initial analysis 
of the results has proved revealing and rewarding, and I am now in the 
process of carrying out a more thorough analysis.
