This is to remind you that your BAA subscription is due for renewal on 2013 August 1.

 

In view of the current economic situation affecting everyone, you will be pleased to hear that Council has decided that subscription rates will not be increased this year, so rates remain the same for 2013-'14 as they were in 2012-'13. If you pay by cheque or credit card do please try to renew as soon as possible, saving the Association the cost and trouble of sending reminder letters. You can find the current subscription rates on page 181 of your June Journal, or at the membership renewal web address given below.



Paying by Direct Debit, a completely safe and reliable method for anyone with a UK bank account, eases the administrative burden and greatly reduces costs. If you do not currently pay by Direct Debit please consider doing so if at all possible. You can download the necessary form from the BAA website at http://britastro.org/sales2006/directdebit.pdf

 

Members who already pay by Direct Debit need do nothing now unless any of your bank details have changed. You will be debited on August 1 or within three working days thereafter. If your bank details have changed, please download the form above and send it to the Office with your new bank details and your name and address, and a note that this is a change of an existing Direct Debit mandate.

 

If you prefer to pay by credit card, please remember that you must do this every year, as we do not hold a continuous credit authority (another good reason to pay by Direct Debit if you can!)  Renew online now at http://www.britastro.org/sales2006/renewnow.html.
