12:30 – 14:00    Lunch Break (lunch is not included in the price but there are lots of cafes and pubs nearby)

The Friargate Centre (www.quaker.org.uk/friargate) is in the centre of York, less than half a mile from the railway station.  
Visitors coming by car are recommended to use the excellent park-and-ride scheme operating from the outskirts of the city.
