[BAA Comets] CCD Astrometry and Photometry

The latest version of the Comet Section procedure is now available at
http://www.britastro.org/projectalcock/CCD%20Astrometry%20and%20Photometry.htm

By working all the way through this procedure you can generate ICQ reports including
total visual magnitude and coma diameter and submit them to the COBS database and the
BAA comet Section Director.

When a comet decides to develop a tail I will add the measurement of length and PA to
the procedure.
