Hi Amar,

> Will there be any live webcast of this event for its members? Or even recorded videos to be shared later? Even though not one official member, I would simply love to have a preview of the conference, something that I had wanted to attend but unfortunately could not.
I'm afraid we won't have a live webcast but I hope to put a recording of 
the meeting on the web fairly soon. This will be similar to the one that 
I did for the joint Comet/ARPS meeting last October:

This will consist of audio recordings and the speakers' slides. I expect 
that these will be available to non BAA members.

It's a shame that you can't attend our meeting but hopefully the 
recording will allow you to experience some of it.
