[BAA Comets] Comet projects

The BAA Comet section ran one specific project last year - observing and imaging 2P/Encke - but,
apart from that, our observing and imaging is of a random nature. Our colleagues in the Variable
Star Section have a number of permanent observational programs (see list at
http://britastro.org/vss/) 

Should we consider emulating them with such as;
- comets for beginners
- binocular comets
- comets passing through minimum phase angle
- comets prone to outburst
- T3 comets
- returning comets not yet observed
- SOHO comets

Each would of course need a coordinator so, as proposer of this idea, I am duty bound to put my hand
up for one of them.
