Thanks Owen. I did as you suggested with the Megastar comet file by selecting all those comets
ending in 2015, for example, and creating a new comets.txt file. Simples !!!

I would imagine that most of the current planning/planetarium programs will allow you to do this
whether by editing a file or just selecting those comets for a given year. The issue maybe elements
and accuracy there of.
