[BAA Comets] BAA comet observations in COBS

Hello Jonathan,

If observers send the observations to the COBS database, the COBS
validation script will do the quality control for you, so i guess there is
no more need for you to do that.
What I would suggest is that you as a Comet Section Director download the
BAA archive regularly from COBS MyGroup tab. You should see most of the
observers from the archive there. If you need any assistance with that
please let me know.
