Although 2014 Q1 (PanSTARRS) is poorly placed, currently with an elongation of only 16 degrees and reducing, it is just possible that imagers in the south of the UK might be able to pick it up low on the northern horizon in the dawn sky. It is due north of the Sun around July 2 and from then would be a target in the dusk sky. I don't think visual observers will be able to see it due to the bright sky.
Good luck!
