Well done Nick and Peter. It is exciting to see the first images of this comet from the British Isles. Have got my scotch mount up and running
and hope to get some images from Chelmsford as well. Must have missed that clear period but I am hoping not to miss the next one. Must
remember to take my gloves with me.

Andrew - I think you may have missed your opportunity for a while. The morning forecast for the east doesn't look good for the next few days.
It's definitely worth going after though.

The image at 05.52hrs UT was squeezed in at the start of astronomical twilight but before the sky brightened too much. The comet was only 5 degrees above the horizon at the time of the image.
