[BAA Comets] Fw: [CometObs] C/2013 X1 outburst ?

That is about the magnitude I would expect, though at the upper end of the range.  It was certainly larger than 2014 S2 when I saw it a few nights ago, though S2 was easier.  I'll look forward to receiving the ICQ format report!  See the graph on the web page for past obs and future extrapolation.

    Dear all,
           I've just observed C/2013 X1 in the last 5 minutes (20:57 UT) with my 8" SCT and I found it considerably brighter and larger than I expected it to be (~8.5 or slightly brighter).  It's much more impressive than C/2014 S2.

Has anyone else noticed this?
