[BAA Comets] 174P Echeclus outburst

This Centaur is currently undergoing a significant outburst. The 
outburst was detected by Brian Skiff a couple of days ago and was 
confirmed by Jean-Francois Soulier and Richard Miles. I've received 
recent images from Denis Buczynski and Tim Haymes. There is a news item
