[BAA Comets] Observers J-F Soulier and JJ Gonzalez capture Comet 29P/S-W1 undergoing a strong outburst

I'll confess to some confusion between the two JJ's however:


 29        2017 07 02.06  S 12.2 AQ 20.3T10 133   1.8  3/           ICQ XX GON05[ In outburst. Starlike central condensation. The observed coma is the result of the recent previous minor outbursts. Comparison stars taken from APASS photometry. Field stars checked in DSS.].
