[BAA Comets] Michael Hendrie

Richard McKim reports the sad news that Michael Hendrie, Director of the 
Comet Section from 1977 to 1987 died at Colchester on February 25. His 
period as Director included the return of 1P/Halley and he edited the 
BAA's Helley Memoir.
