[BAA Comets] New visual comet discovery

Donald E. Machholz, Jr., Colfax, CA, U.S.A., reports his visual discovery of
a mag 10 comet on 2018 Nov. 7.531UT with a 0.47-m reflector (113x), the
object being diffuse with a coma diameter of 3' and showing slight motion
toward the west-southwest over 30 minutes of observation

This is Donald's twelfth comet discovery, coming 746 search hours after his
discovery of C/2010 F4 He also observed the comet with similar appearance on
Nov.8.533.
Róbert Fidrich reports  Photometry of performed by Daniel Bamberger on my 60-60s CCD images made using T20 refractor with green filters at itelescope.net Mayhill, NM show 10.2 magnitude total brighness.
