[BAA Comets] POSITON OF FRAGMENT IN C/2019Y4

Hello all, I have question. If the fragment that has been imaged is forward and NW of the main train of the other comet fragments(which are lined up along the tail axis), why is the forward fragement not lined up with the other fragments and is instead offset toward the NW? Is this an effect of perspective or are the fragments physically in a different plane.
