How to Resolve Internet Explorer Light Curve Issue

Symptom

Web page displays but the light curve is empty. (This was reported on IE9 but might affect other versions of Internet Explorer.)

Solution

Press F12 while Internet Explorer is open, this will open developer mode. Make sure the Browser Mode is IE9 and Document Mode is IE9.
