[BAA Comets] Unknown object in high-inclination orbit crossingfield of Comet 29P

Was able to confirm the existence of the object that passed close to Comet 
29P from W85 and E10.
Turns out to be moving at about 0.60 "/min in p.a. 214 deg.

When 5 x 120 sec images taken with the 2.0-m FTS were stacked, a 
point-source object was evident with FWHM of 0.9" and no sign of any coma.

The apparent motion probably scores a 5% chance of it being a NEO: too low 
to appear on the NEO Confirmation Page.
