[BAA Comets] COBS maintenance downtime 17.05.2017!

Dear COBS users and comet observers

Due to a COBS servers system upgrade, we will have some website downtime on
Wednesday 17.05.2017.

The upload and editing of the observations will bi temporarily disabled the
evening before so that a complete backup of the system can be performed.

After the upgrade the page will be brought back online. Once everything is
in order the upload of new observations will be enabled again, and the page
will continue to serve as before.
