About this image

This is a super view, a cascade of stars laced with misty galaxies. Strangely, the fainter galaxies NGC 70 (14.5m) and 71 (14.8m) appeared the most prominent to me, more so than NGC 72 (13.4m). NGC 68 (14.5m) was difficult while NGC 69 (15.8m) was only seen using AV. NGC 67 (15.2m) was not seen at all. PGC 1208 (14.7m) is not part of the Arp object. This group is about 320 million light years away based on its 7,000 km/sec recession velocity.
