About this image

Several images showing comet 45P the last 2 minutes before it set over the Rocky Mountains southwest of Denver. The faint comet tail is not visible since the images were only 5 seconds long in an attempt to show the mountains and the comet in the same images without blurring either the comet or the mountains.
