About this image

Leo comments that he doesn't normally experience seeing which is good enough to permit separating the brightest star in our night sky, Sirius, from it's much less luminous companion - often fondly known as The Pup. On 2017 February 24 the conditions allowed this image to be captured using a Celestron 14 telescope at f/11 and a webcam ASI 120MM-S.
